報名步驟Registration Process：
僅供線上報名：
(1)新生：請填google表單，並將a.學力證明、 b.居留證影本/護照影本上傳或寄到clc@my.nthu.edu.tw，我們確認過您的資料及班級報名人數後，會寄繳費單給您，請您至便利商店，或用ATM、線上銀行繳交學費。
(2)舊生：請填google表單，我們確認過您的資料及班級人數後，會寄繳費單給您，請您至便利商店，或用ATM、線上銀行繳交學費。
(3)繳交學費後，請將收據拍照，寄到clc@my.nthu.edu.tw，我們才能確認您的報名成功。
Online registration ONLY:
(1) New student: Please fill out this google sheet, and upload (or send it to clc@my.nthu.edu.tw) a. Copy of your highest degree diploma/certificate b. copy of ARC/passport to this google sheet, we will confirm your information and the student amount of the course, and return you with your registration information with payment sheet. Please make the payment at convenience store or through ATM, Online bank.
(2) Returning students: Please fill out this google sheet, and after we confirm the student amount of the course, we will send your registration information with payment sheet, please make the payment at convenience store or through ATM, Online bank.
(3)After you make your payment, please send us the copy of receipt to clc@my.nthu.edu.tw , CLC'll confirm your registration.
1.各課程招生至少十至十五名；招生不足十名的課程可能停開或併班。
2.表列之學費，皆不含教材／講義及停車費。
3.校外人士報名注意事項
(1)本課程無法提供學生簽證，若需要簽證相關資訊請至外交領事事務局
(2)本系統為校園課程系統，不接受信用卡付款
(3)高中以上學歷方可報名本中心課程。
(4)根據教育部「專科以上學校推廣教育實施辦法」第17條規定︰「學員自報名繳費後至開班上課日前申請退費者，退還已繳學分費、雜費等各項費用之九成。自開班上課之日起算未逾全期三分之一申請退費者，退還已繳學分費、雜費等各項費用之半數。開班上課時間已逾全期三分之一始申請退費者，不予退還。」
(5)成績單電子檔將會在課程結束後1-2個月可以提供，也可以來華語中心辦公室領取紙本成績單。
備註Remarks：
1.*There will be at least 10-15 students in a class. The class will be dismissed if the student amounts are not enough.
2.*The textbook/handout and parking fees are not included in the tuition listed above.
3. Notice:
(1)CLC NTHU Credit Course will not be able to grant you a student visa, nor can we issue any admission letter. Please consult the Bureau of Consular Affairs for questions concerning visa applications.
(2)We do not take credit card payments
(3)A high school or above degree is required for enrollment.
(4)According to Article 17 of MOE’s regulation on "College Continuing Education, ” 90% of the tuition will be refunded if the student drops out before the class begins. 50% will be refunded if the class has started for less than 1/3 of the semester; while no tuition will be refunded if the class has started for more than 1/3 of the semester.
(5) E-Transcript will be issued in one or two months after the semester ends. You may come to pick the hard copy at CLC office as well.
